This exquisite tea whose infusion is juicy and complex comes from the youngest estate in Darjeeling - the Rohini Tea Garden in the picturesque Kurseong valley, which is known for its woody, fruity 2nd flushes.

Infusion: For an 8 ounce serving: steep 1 level teaspoon of leaf in 195 degree water for 4 minutes.  Enjoy!
