Tasting Notes: Caramel - Coconut - Brown Sugar
Origin:  Fujian, China
Ingredients: Camellia sinensis leaves

A rich heavy Oolong with flavors of wood and toasted nuts accented with a sweet tarry finish.

Infusion: For an 8 ounce serving, steep for 2 heaping teaspoons of leaf in 175 degree water for 3 minutes.  Great for multiple infusions: try short steep times and gradually increase times with each consecutive steep.  Enjoy!
